Their Sales team is quite unique very responsive and transparent. Most of us customers wants to hear positive things but their team is quite different they will discuss to you the pros n cons, possibilities especially if your roof has no south orientation. System capacity nila is data driven, they will explain to you your options and pros and cons plus their recommendation. Installers are superb, skillful and kumpleto sa tamang tools. They also deliver on time and finished the installation ahead of time. After sales, directly you can engage with their Engineers and hindi sila madamot sumagot very responsive even at night.
Pricing super daling kausap naka premium components kana at fair and competitive price papakita pa sau yung supplier's catalog especially for Huawei and Enphase but we end up using Huawei as much as we want Enphase medyo pricey pa si Microinverter but that's the best thing about them they will always recommend you the best and system that will surely last since solar is a long term investment.
Even yung wires pala nila is branded they use Phelp dodge is our house and scheinder breakers. Super recommended. 💪👍

Very efficient yung work nila at hindi pabara-bara. Their line of products are also premium quality so panatag ang loob namin that optimised yung investment namin. I specially love their app, very user-friendly and informative. I am able to track our energy consumption, which panels are harvesting and how much yung yield. We got our Solar from Infinity 2 years ago since then our Meralco bill decrease of around 50% and upon activation of Net metering it drops to around 65% during summer season and a fair share of 50% during ber months. Based on our statistics we only need 16 months more and our investment is already paid.
I love about them is their transparency and super madali silang kausap, from discounts even in collection of balance. They're also very diligent, always on time and schedule. We had our system installed last September, the sales team are very good they explain everything so that there will be no grey area. We save around 70 to 80% every month. They always answer on time, deliver on time. Our net metering was settled and running after 3 months. Overall, investing in solar has been one of the best decisions we've made for our home and the environment. I highly recommend it to anyone considering a switch to renewable energy. I'm very impressed with Infinity Energy Solutions team. They were referred to me by a friend. My Sister actually got one from a German company and I'm keen on getting from same but my friend insist to try them.
First is that they're very responsive from their facebook page, email even in viber and call.
2nd during the site visit they didn't even bother to discredit other installers which is a very good sign of professionalism for me.
3rd they explain all the scenario and what to expect from our roof orientation, irradiance factor and they gave us a very detailed and realistic projection.
4th during installation all the installers are properly equipped with the right tools and they've finished our system in less than 2 days.
5th the customer care and after sales inquiries are the best, during our 1st 2 weeks we're trying to analyze the day to day statistic from the monitoring app since we are using Huawei I would say this app is so much better from our previous SMA inverter and the Engineers are very diligent to explain and answer our queries.
The best thing IES is the the reasonable price that they gave us. They use Premium components and the workmanship is nothing less from the German company who installed in my Sister's house. I would say they are Gold in this business, you can never go wrong with them. Highly Recommended.
